The goal is to have an accessible reference on these subjects that is comprehensive and contemporary. It will be a valuable learning tool for students around the world, presenting a wide range of complex topics clearly without oversimplification.
We would encourage you to modify an existing section or contribute a new section to enhance this book. As a valuable contributor, your name will appear in the revision field of the corresponding section. In order to become a contributor, first you must create an account using the "create account" link in the top right corner of this page. Below is a short description of how to make your contribution and create an account. For further information, click on the "help" tab above.
To submit a revision of a specific section of the book, first select the section you wish to revise from the index on the left menu. After the section is displayed, first select the "versions" tab from the top navigational bar. Next, click the "browse" button in the "submit a revision" box. After selecting the appropriate file, click submit.
To submit a new chapter or section, click on the "submit new" tab from the top navigational bar and follow the instructions.
